My typical day at work includes:
I primarily handle US and Canadian clients. My team includes approximately 20 agents, most of them work from home, while a few go into the office like myself. The culture and my manager within my group is open, polite, and an open door communication policy. Throughout the week different food vendors go on site to sell food, coffee, and other items. The location of my company is in the south central part of the city. My commute to work is very short, approximately 40 minutes. One of the things I mostly like of my current organization is all of the certifications that are available to study. I am currently about to take the CompTIA A+ (220-902) certification exam, to be fully A+ certified.
Lack of management. Many people that currently work at this organization are not fully equipment with the correct level of knowledge, and interpersonal skills to be working at an American organization such as this one. A complete change in management would most likely be needed to change the internal culture of the company.
