Working for Cushman & Wakefield was a privilege. During my time as a Project Manager I not only expanden my international client's work experience but I learned another way to achieve my goal.
As an architect, people and their well-being is my main focus. When I got a new project, my goal was not only to have my client's new office on time, cost and quality level but also I had the change to influence on the way the would work and achieve their goals as a company where their facilities could contribute to the corporate's success.
The hardest, but at the same time the most regarding part of being a Project Manager was that I needed to become part of my client's organization in a very short period of time, in order to understand their processes and culture to give them direction towards their Real Estate decisions.
