I arrive, I talk to the Kitchen about items we are out of, items that need to be pushed. Any information relevant to service. I have a pre shift meeting with all servers and bartenders, Discuss any issues that they are having , or any ideas they have to improve service for our guest. I let them know on guest feedback, good or bad. During service , I like to stay on the floor during operations, checking with all guest to ensure they are enjoying food and service. After service, I put in orders for Liquor , Beer and Wine. Write up my Daily reports and send them to Management team for the Hotel.
