Working here is a big mistake

I just realized that working here is a big mistake. They require employees to file leave 3 months in advance which is understandable. But considering that you have to plan your vacation in advance, so it's kinda hard to get an approval, most of the time your requests are rejected. Some request were approved,but when the time comes that you have to use your approved leaves, the leads are rejecting it as requested by the client. This literally sucks. There are times your OT's are not paid.
