I was a sales/customer support agent and had to assist with billing, programming, tech support, and retention. We were trained to always listen, and be empathetic to our customers. My favorite part of my job was knowing I helped them with there doubts. I also loved being the top agent when it came to quality assurance, and always focusing on doing the right thing.
